Would highly recommend AD fitness ive been a member now for a year. The gym itself is top class the structure of the classes is super really well run, the coaches r brilliant too constantly pushing and encouraging you to get the results you want and the members are all lovelly you just feel so welcome from day 1. It's by far the best gym ive trained in love it

Since joining AD Fitness at the end of March 2025 for the 6-week challenge just before my wedding, with the initial goal of changing my lifestyle, I have lost almost 2 stone in weight. I have been able to lose fat, build muscle, be happier, healthier, and learn that it's not about all or nothing when it comes to eating and training - you truly can have the cake, too. I first started AD fitness in 2020 during lock down and it was the best thing I have done, I had moved back home and signed up straight away with AD fitness, nearly 1 year on and im still loving every minute of it.. the coaches are top class, always there when needed and a wealth of knowledge, the classes are good as they are small group classes, great timetable for the classes! The gym has a great community and I felt welcomed as soon as I joined. If anyone needs a gym to join choose AD Fitness !!!!
AD Fitness is an amazing gym for any fitness level. I joined the 6-week program and signed up to the year I enjoyed it that much. All of the coaches are so welcoming and supportive, and are always pushing you to do your best and helping to keep accountability - it also helps that they are always up for a laugh as well. The small class sizes create a friendly atmosphere and allow you to mix with other members who are also really friendly and encouraging.
