HAPPY Had a wash and hair cut today that I am totally satisfied, no appointment and the reception lady was nice and fit my in ,the wash with a fantastic massage ( I really needed) and had the 100%cut that I wanted. I totally recommend this place Thank you

We’ve been coming to this salon and supporting them for years. Lately Kevins’ attitude had become questionable but I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he might be tired. Today after making 2 appointments and arriving half hour early- (my mum is disabled and can’t sit long in the car), as soon as we got in through the door, he addressed us rudely - ‘why are you early’? and asked us to come back later! So yesterday I was refused a haircut because I didn't have cash on me. When I arrived, the client in front of me was asked to pay by cash and before my service started, I mentioned that I don't have cash but I'm willing to do a bank transfer or pay by card. Then, this boy Kevin started being rude and bad-mannered demanding me (not asking politely) to go withdraw money from the ATM across the street. I only had my phone with me, not a physical card.
