It has gone down hill, the main guy is now rude and the nails are rushed and not that good. Such a shame

The guy who did my nails was very rude, I got acrylics, my nails hurt alot, on one nail i wanted the colour like french manicure, i told him a multiple times it was narrow and i wanted a little more colour, he was looking at me as if I had made an alien comment. He was in general extremely rude and inappropriate. I am not satisfied with the shape of nails as well, I raised it with him and he was again extremely rude. I will never ever go there again.

I got to the nail shop at 4:30pm and did not leave until 6:15pm! I booked at appointment 4:30 and then had to wait 15 minutes, a girl came up to me and started doing my nails but she clearly did not know what she was doing. She applied the biab so thick and then when I had to put it under the light they would drip down the nail, and she forgot to turn on the blue light on every time and I had to tell her, which made the nails drip even more and go a funny shape.
