I had a loft conversion done less than 5 years ago and I've already had to pay for a complete new roof on the dorma due to poor workmanship. I was provided with a 10 year warranty, but when I reached out for compensation, my message was ignored and my number blocked. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for responsibility and customer care. If you value quality work and aftercare, I strongly advise avoiding this company. A warranty means nothing to this company.
We had our loft boarded recently and they have done a fantastic job. It has turned a dead space into a useable area. The whole team was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
Dan and his team are brilliant they boarded out our loft and installed a ladder all in a day. They arrived on time and carried out the work to a really high standard. When they left everything was clean and tidy. Thank you for all your help.
