I had my eyebrows waxed, tinted and my eyelashes tinted, and I couldn’t give it a better review if I tried, she made me feel so welcome, I had never had my eyebrows done and she reassured me and told me to get them waxed other than threaded for the first time, constantly made sure I was okay, it was just a lovely experience and I will defiantly be going back here everytime to get everything done. Awful, if I could give it 0, I would. The lady who runs it is so rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and abrupt. She doesn't thread properly, leaves hairs around the face and is very rough. Moved my hand without asking. I am never acknowledged when I walk in, there's no please or thank you - no manners whatsoever. She has lost me as a customer, I wouldn't even go here if it was for free. Wouldn't recommend.

the shape is great but i asked to just clean up my eyebrows not shape them and make them thin. i hate them and it’s going to now take forever for them to grow back to being thick again. i can’t recommend if all you want is to tidy up your brows and have someone listen to you because she never does.
