Went in just before Christmas for a simple tidy-up. The beautician was distracted chatting and took so much from the inside of one eyebrow that they now appear to have divorced and are living separate lives. When I questioned this, I was told my hairs are “fairer on the inside.” Having had a personal relationship with these eyebrows for 30+ years, I can confirm this is not the case - but arguing felt pointless as the damage was already done. Would not recommend.

I've never had my eyebrows tinted before and since I was at Ashford County Square walking around while waiting for the bus, I decided to walk in Add Glow and get my eyebrows threaded and tinted for my event tomorrow. They offer a special for £12 for both services. Kiran was awesome and efficient. She threaded my eyebrows super quickly and got them the way I like them. Three ladies working when I approached the counter, not one person said hello! Nor cracked a smile. 1 women gestured with her head to sit down, which I did. After a few minutes she didn’t say a word to me, just started threading my eyebrows. Luckily that’s what I wanted. It felt rushed, hairs left all over my face, many hairs not removed and one eyebrow was left considerably shorter than the other. Dreadful experience! You’re customer facing, smile! I would give ZERO rating. The service was horrible, the lady was unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. I felt totally discriminated, there was another native lady to whom she was speaking polite and treating nice while very rude to me, totally devastated. I went there for eyebrow and upper lips threading, after my eyebrow done without noticing me she went straight down to start my upper lips which nearly gave me an heart attack, totally NO NO for this place 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿, many hairs were noticably left.
