Adaptive Environmental Consulting is a lifesaver. I have been dealing with a moldy apartment and negligent landlords and required documentation of present mold in my home in order to protect my rights. Unknown where to go, I made a call and was referred to AEC. Randy answered my call in the late evening and he helped schedule Johnathan to come out and get some samples and reporting done. Randy is so pleasant and thorough. He really knows about mold. He came out on the same day I called him and I appreciate him. He is knowledgeable, on the up and up and would definitely recommend him!!

Randy went above and beyond - we can't thank him enough! Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. We hope we don't run into any water damage/mold in the future, but if we do, we know we'll be in good hands with Randy!
