The people in the service department were wonderful!
I just want to say, during my trying time of having car issues...this was a wonderful experience. No one wants to have mechanical issues but if one has to...I hope everyone gets as lucky as I did with service. Thank you so much for making my experience stress free and easy.
I went into Adamson Ford yesterday for a Oil Change . And the service department staff was great and very friendly. The customer service was excellent and they had my car ready in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Adamson Ford .

Service was outstanding. My car was completed within the original time frame they gave me. There was a slight miscommunication in the cost and Randy in Service was sure to make it right with me! I will definitely be coming back in the future!! Job well done!
This is the absolute worst place auto shop wise. Took my Ford Convertible mustang here to get fixed & after 4 days they still didnt know what was wrong. Kept telling me if we can get it crunk we can tell. Had to towed to another shop. How does a FORD dealership not know how to fix a FORD. Jay is a absolute sorry liar.
