Took my car in for routine oil change. This one was on the house because my last visit was not up to standard. Not only did they change the oil, rotate the tires, and a multi point inspection my vehicle was detailed in and out. The service department corrected a not so good experience. Thanks Malcolm Payne

About three weeks ago before work, I took my car to Adamson Ford because I was having problems with my transmission. I told Jay that it's imperative that I get a rental car to get to and from work. He gave me some information to give to Enterprise when I got off and that a rental car will be ready for me when I get to Enterprise. Make sure you see Karley Johnson at Adamson Ford. She's an excellent salesperson and goes above and beyond to help the customer. Also, David Agee provided great help in getting the financing straight. The entire staff was extremely helpful and patient as Jonathan and I inspected the Ford Edge. We'll definitely check out Adamson when we decide to make our next purchase.
Wonderful experience AGAIN! Second vehicle I've purchased from this honest and professional company. Purchased another Escape....this one has all the bells and whisltes. Just hope l'll be able to take advantage of most of them.
