On a recent trips to Birmingham my Lincoln MKX had a powertrain error show up. Since we were close to downtown we dropped in at Adamson Ford at 4:00 on a Friday. After checking the car in the computer, a part was recalled and had to be replaced. They found a tech that was off the clock but still there, replaced the part and sent us on our way. Thank you Brad and your entire team for helping me out and taking care of my problem. If you need an amazing team, Adamson has it!!
I will never bring my car back, I dropped it and for a week they kept giving me the run around on why they couldn't tell me what wad wrong that huge place and you only have one tech, customer service sucks in there. Mark called and told me last week that it would be looked at, after I hadn't heard anything I called them and he said they haven't even looked at it, a phone call would of been real nice, had to miss work for a week and a half cuz this place gave me nothing but the run around, then they told me my battery was dea... read more
This is the second vehicle in the last six months that we have bought from here and we have nothing but good things to say! We live in Mississippi but drive up here just to do business with Adamson! From the sales Dept all the way up the chain we have gotten nothing but excellent service. Highly recommend doing business here. I know we will continue to do so in the future!
