Terrible after-sales support. App doesn't work as advertised. Poor communication and poor attitude.
I bought a 17kW ducted system from Actron. At least Twice under warranty the soft starter needed replacing (it had blown apart). After warranty had expired, I've received the same thing twice and now it has gone again?!?!?!?!? And they tell me it needs a new compressor as well... So, I started getting quotes for replacing the system, one suggested that Actron is Australian made and designed for Australian conditions. Ha! Never again!
Our Actron has broken down again 3rd time now the soft start capacitor has blown always around the holiday break. Hope you can fix it soon as you Finnish your holidays. �
Unfortunately our ducted air con has broken after only 6 months. Hottest week of the year so far and we will not receive service for at least 2 days, if not longer.
Excellent service. Excellent staff. Fixed my air conditioning problem that was going on for over a month at a better price than any other company that quoted.A+
The unit itself is ok but beware of using their service department in WA. I was charged $1100 as the heating cycle wasn't working the technician came back 3 times and still didn't fix the issue this spanned over 4 weeks that whole time my family had no heating. An outside contractor was then called in and solved the problem within minutes should only have cost me $200 not $1100. Actron's care factor ... zero.
