RecommendedWe've had ActronAir systems installed in both homes that we've owned and we'll never go back to any other brand. Having owned a Classic system in our first home to now owning a QUE system in our new home, the quality and comfort is second to none. Also, with a young family we had the need to run our system nearly every day through Summer and Winter but we were pleasantly surprised when we received our energy bill.
Had an actron installed 3 years and after multiple issues I decided to pull it out and installed a good quality aircon and took the actron scrap yard to get some money out of it because I never did will using it.
Great Aussie product and helpfully installation team.

was firstly installed incorrectly which had to fixed. control panel always has errors (has been replaced once in 12 months). needs to be shut down at main switch often for reboot. very loud. doesn't cope well in hot weather. the only saving Grace is the tech guy is lovely. we have had to call on them many times while I was pregnant and now with a baby. they have gone out of their way to help but feel so bad contacting them so often. pls stay away from this product
