We had our Actron Platinum ducted air conditioning system installed in September last year (2015). Since then we have experienced four E15 errors and just now an E30 error. We paid close to $13k for this system and are fed up with its terrible performance. We would like a technician from Actron to come and resolve the E30 error immediately.

We had our Actron aircon system installed about 1.5 years ago. It is the loudest system I have ever come across. It makes a clunking noise every 5 seconds from the moment it is turned on. The compressor is on the side of our house where the bedrooms are located. I have had technicians out twice and they have said it is "normal" and all we can do is relocate the compressor at our expense. I really believe that if Actron are aware of how noisy this system is then their distributors should be discussing it at the initial sales ... read more
