Simply the best in comfort control and Australian Made
We had an Actron SRA173 Three phase installed in our new home. It was setup as a standard 2 zone unit. The only problem is they provided only one temperature sensor in the living area. So when you run it in the night area (at night) it does not stop when the temperature is reached. Woke in freezing bedroom. I was told by the installer that's the way it's designed and we should leave the bedroom door open for it to work properly! Pretty happy with our system. Two years in and it hasn't failed once. The Que system is really good, the individual zoning works perfectly, and the impact to our power bill was minimal. My only complaints would be the outdoor system is pretty noisy (but the indoor side of things is very quiet) and the Que system relies on Actron's cloud-based servers which aren't all that reliable. Would definitely buy one again.
After a good deal of research and 5 years on since installation, I'm very happy with the Actron Air unit specified for our house. I'm having a few issues with the Actron Connect app, but I'm confident we'll get that sorted. Just difficult when I remember, and call at 3pm WST but the Eastern States is packed up for the day.
Many thanks to Actron Air. Our ducted air failed. Parts supplied within 3 days to East Coast Air. Fitted today. Excellent service all round.
Terrible customer service! Unit is less than 12months old and not working as it is still under warranty it apparently isnt a priority to fix it. Message received technician would arrive within 8 days.........still waiting! call up only to be told by service department that other calls (im assuming not under warranty) have come in so the technicians have been sent to those! Terrible customer service!
We purchased an ActronAir system with our new home and have had nothing but issues with it since installation. They are now replacing the whole unit however we’ve had to wait weeks for it in the middle of Summer. It’s been great having a house at 35 degrees with 3 young kids one of which is a newborn. Not that they care. We will be seeking a full refund. I’m looking forward to the 43 degree day tomorrow, thanks Actron!
My $16K ducted ESP system was installed and worked for 6 months. Then it started failing. Actron continuously tried fixes. When I asked for a refund I got silence. It still pops the internal safety switch regularly, now out of warranty and costing me $$ each time. Biggest waste of money ever! I’m about to rip it out and put in the Fujitsu I should’ve gone with in the first place.
