We have Actron air ducted unit as well as split systems. The large unit broke down 3 Year’s ago and it took 2.5 months to deliver the replacement part. The whole of that summer!!! And now, as we sit here in 41deg heat, it has broken down again. We are in Berry and on alert for ever encroaching fires, so cannot leave at this stage. The service with delivering spare parts is appalling and I would never install Actron again.
Extremely loud outdoor unit. Should not be allowed to be installed in residential areas.

RecommendedEDIT: Actron Air responded to my disappointment and were very quick to respond. They handled the issue very professionally and solved it. It took 1.5 week to eventually solve it. Previous Comment: utterly disappointed by Actron Air. 4 months in a new house and my unit's motor failed. logged a job Monday and the technician came on Saturday to tell me he hasn't got the part because the issue wasn't troubleshooted over the phone. its 15 degrees inside temperature and a new born. So thanks Actron for being proudly Australian.
