I have a new 12.75/13 kW Actron ducted reverse air-conditioner and the thermostat keeps switching the air-conditioner off before the room is warm, the air-conditioner spends more time off then is does no! To feel warm at night I have to have air-conditioner set on 27 degrees and if I was to reduce the temperature I would have to sit on the ceiling because of that’s where all the warmth is! The system i purchased is the top of the range esp platinum cost me a fortune!! so far i had a thermostat replaced wall temperature units replaced Main Que controller replaced ducts disconnected in the roof and i was charged $300 by Actron to reattach 2 ducts which apparently wasn't covered under warranty. the Que phone app is a joke it disconnects all the time what is the purpose of it if you can't use it? I honestly thought this was a great system but it has been nothing but problems

The actual unit works well but the servicing and time frames are less than satisfactory. We have waited 9 days just to get a call back to book in an appointment. Awful service when in the middle of a Melbourne winter without heating. We have had to outsource an electrician ourselves. I would recommend anyone thinking of installing a ActronAir to look else where.

RecommendedWe have had an Actron Air System in our house for over 10yrs and have been extremely happy. It handles all extremes of weather and copes very well under high demand. The options of settings is fantastic. Love to be nice and cool in summer and cosy warm in winter. A very big reason for buying Actron Air is that it is Australian owned. That is a big tick for me. ✅✅✅

Expensive system, works like a treat. pity that mild usage over summer nearly trippled the power bill. 14k down the drain when you can't afford to use it...
