Top Gym – Great Value, Great People, Highly Recommend!! I've been going to Active Health for just over six months now, after switching from a much more expensive, supposedly "luxury" gym – and honestly, it was the best move I could have made. Clean, well-facilitated and maintained gym run by a good family that has a great personal touch. Always welcoming, happy to chat and remember everyone's names. I really feel like this gym was set up just to help people and has turned into a well-run sustainable business. This is reflected not only by the staff but by many of the members. I am overweight, and I'm currently steadily losing weight whilst growing in strength and confidence.
