I went to see Ollie with an calf and Achilles injury that I’d been playing with for 6 months without any let up of pain and irritation. I’d finally got to the point I could no longer walk down the stairs after playing for 2/3 days. I was immediately started on a rehab programme in the gym after an assessment and worked at strengthening key areas around the injury to aid recovery.
