Excellent teacher (Lisa) and lessons. She is also the owner of 'Grip & Glow' pole products, which are amazing too :). She adapts the lessons to your abilities and is very patient (& funny too 😁)

I’ve been a member for 4 yrs now and they are the friendliest bunch of people. So supportive and nothing is too much trouble. Lisa works so hard as do all the instructors and I have made some great friends. Also so pleased with my progress considering I’m in my 50’s!!

I have attended Active Air Fitness for 5 years and it is THE BEST place to train. Lisa and all of the instructors ate knowledgeable, supportive and really want you to reach your goals! Even if you think you can't, you totally should try a class here! You'll reach heights you never thought possible, build strength and gain confidence all in the company of a wonderful group who inspire each other daily!
