RecommendedLoaded my four-wheeler up in my truck and my throttle lever broke. Took it in to Action the next morning before leaving for a camping trip. Chuck had it fixed and ready to go in less then a half hour. Was able to still take it riding during our camp trip. I Have always been treated extremely well by all the departments and staff at Action.
I would caution everyone to do their research especially when you see a special price and the exact same bike is in the back with a lower price. They do not stand behind the products they sale and when confronted with issues they are ignorant and condescending. Get everything in writing or better yet find another shop.
everything they have great outings and if ur buying something it's fine but the service area is a mistake they RIP u off fix things that aren't broken very disrespectful plz do not take ur stuff here to be fixed anywhere else would be better than here ivan is very disrespectful and he only cares about himself
