Buddy took a wheeler to get some tranny work it ran when we dropped it off, said I would be a week, 2 months later, he went got it. They did $2200 in engine work. Still don't run.
I brought my Polaris Razor 1000 in today for 4 recalls knowing that there is a few week wait for parts to repair it. Chuck called me back later that afternoon and told me it was ready to be picked up. I couldn't be more pleased with the great service I received. Thank you Chuck & Jo
Ivan in the service department repaired our rzr plow blade, not just repaired, but modified it so that it works better than the original & it looks factory! The whole service department has gone above & beyond for me in every single instance when I've needed help. I can't say enough about how great these people are.

Have been treated well by most all the staff,service personnel have been very kind and helpful, my bud Mr. Tim Bruun in parts is excellent( one of the main reasons I'm there) Putter the salesman treats me great. They need to work on the long waits on the phone,(the lady's that answer are fine it's after that) Managment needs to return thier phone calls,that's parts of bussiness and rude when you don't . Overall 3.5 stars,your phones hurt ya bad!!!
These guys are by far the best shop in the west! Excellent trade in values, stock almost every part, 3 day shipping if not stocked. Sales team is awesome, mechanics have always been an iffy subject in the area, but I've never had them not take care of a problem. Parts team is awesome! Cory is great! Joe is the best around. You guys will be taking all of Wyomings business in the future.
Poor customer service, they don't warranty ANYTHING and the crap they sell is just that CRAP. Would NEVER recommend anyone going to them for anything. Bought a sled from them a year ago that had the top end redone, and when we had problems after only a few hundred miles we took it in and they told us that it needed a new top end again. They even told my husband he is no longer allowed in the store after he confronted them about how shady they do business.
Overpriced customer service!! Will not use Action Motor Sports for any of our toys.
