They are the worst company to deal with I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not buy a think from there ever again rude and completely unprofessional
RecommendedI went into the store and was greeted by multiple people with very positive attitudes. They were able to get my tires mounted and balanced quickly for a brand they don’t even carry (BMW). It was difficult for me to find a non-BMW dealership that is able to balance the rear wheel due to the hub size. Highly recommended.
WE ARE RESCINDING THIS RECOMMENDATION!!! Since we paid for this machine. We have not been able to get a single call returned. 5 messages left. Did speak to Maddie and got a partial answer on warrantee content. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH FOLOW UP, or CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s the old: WE HAVE YOUR MONEY. WE DON’T HAVE TIME FOR YOU NOW!!!!! cutthroat company came in last year bought a razor they told me that everything had been gone through Kurt was in the room and Chuck out of service was in the room and they both guaranteed me that everything was good to go I get home drive the razor for a week starts making a howling sound I've been back 6 times in the last year trying to get them to fix what was wrong from the get-go and they have let me down and run me around and blamed me the customer for what was wrong with the razor whatever was wrong with it happened b... read more
Estimated $240 for full service. It was over $317. I asked how much to replace the bent A arms. They charged me $50 just to do a six line estimate. If that’s not bad enough I was charged $4.75 for shop supplies for the estimate. I understand the $17.10 for shop supplies, but shop supplies to do an estimate? I was never told there was a charge for an estimate, I assumed it was free. Included in the full service was a full inspection and they claimed there was no other issues. Terrible experience for me. I will never be back.

I had a busted chain and came into Action Motor Sports at the last minute and Chuck in the service department hooked me right up and I was out the door in five minutes!!! Back on the trails!!!
