I had a 1st floor bedroom extension and ground floor rear extension completed by ACT some 5 years ago now and reminicing recently left me compelled to write a review. I had several quotes from differing building companies, from small to medium family businesses to ACT themselves. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable and they left me feeling confident and reassured from the first meeting. After having an extension built we are now having problems with the doors and windows that they fitted. They don't want to know. They won't help us. Very disappointing as they got 2 more extensions after we recommended them.
