They killed my girl Taylor!!!! They tried to blame it on allergies and not an infection from surgery. Do not go there for anything other than to get shots. If your beloved pet has to go under the knife, you may not like the outcome. R.I.P my girl. Now they don't even want to serve my other dogs because they don't want to see me again or something because i waited for 1.5 hours in a hot room waiting on a Dr. that bever came. This place was my vet for almost 9 years and they don't care about loyalty to costumers.
Not enough room to write how great Dr. Alex and staff at both locations are. An amazing,caring group of people. When you bring your fur babies in you know they are treated with the best of care. Our Amber loves all the loving she gets and her nervousness disappears after the first hug or kiss. We recommend ACREDALE to anyone who asked about a good vet service. What can I say THEY ROCK!!
I love Acredale! They have such a friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Gibbs was the veterinarian we saw and she took such great care of our sweet pup. Alexis, Sam, and Ashley are all exceptional employees. We went in with an urgent issue and were taken back right away. This vet’s office is truly the best of the best. I can’t imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else.
Love that they are open 24 hours. Concerned caring staff always take great care of our Babies. Our sweet Patches decided she could fly...she could not...the wonderful staff at Acredale checked her out with gentle hands and much care and she’s well on her way to recovery. We brought her in on a Sunday evening and were so happy that we had no worries of them being closed or in a rush. Thank You Acredale Animal Hospital!!!
