Recommendedi have always loved Acredale Animal hospital for my 5 cats over the past decade. However, I would love to see a more practical approach to the check in process. After calling for check in, they put me on hold for 25 minutes. Several people came in the parking lot after me, they came and got their animals while I was still waiting just to check in. Coming from a call center environment, they are ways to help with a proper phone routing system. I wish the practice the best of luck because Covid is not going away anytime soon.
Could not recommend Dr. Mistarz more highly!! She has taken great of all my cats and dog. And she is incredibly detailed on the phone or in person explaining exactly what is going on with your cat or dog. I will be keeping her card on the fridge just to always have on hand, because she is so incredible. ❤️💜

This was my first time here..even with Covid going on they handled my dogs great.I was very happy with their service.

Acredale was super accommodating. The staff was great and friendly, and I really appreciate the fact that the veterinarian called my phone to speak with me while she was doing the exam (due to COVID) so owners can still speak directly to the doctor over the phone. I’m very protective of my fur child and did research on Acredale, and I definitely found their reviews to be true. We will definitely be back. 🐶❤️
