We are not current clients, but we will be from now on. We came in on Monday afternoon with our kitten who was very ill. He had gotten out earlier and was ill. I don't believe the illness and him getting out had anything to do with each other. It was determined that it was very unlikely he would recover (potentially FIP). Dr. Pamela Minogue was extremely caring and did everything she could for Zeus and me and my 2 daughters. We ultimately decided to put him to sleep due to the outlook. I love this vet.. I have been taking my animals here since i was in high school and my mom takes her dogs here to.. One of my dogs has a heart problem and their vet works with me explains everything and know how we have hardships.. They do care about the animals.. When my beloved princess had to be put down they were amazing.. I only take my animals here n they see Dr. Courtney. I love her.... So do they

I plan to sue them for malpractice. I almost lost my dog because they failed to run a simple blood test. Took her to Bay Beach Hospital and she had to have emergency surgery because of this horrible place.
We had concerns about our baby and they were able to take care of him. Thanks to Dr S. she made everything ok
