We've gone to this practice for almost 20 years. In recent years they've become so busy our average wait time is over 2 hours, EVEN with appointments. My elderly dog is sick. I can’t thank Acredale’s staff enough for saving my dogs life. I first went to the Cove. I took my dog in for bloat with torsion. They quoted me $5500 to $9000. I was lucky that my dog was stable enough to move to Acredale in Va Beach, where he had surgery and was keep for 2 nights for $1700. It was $400 for the initial intake, X-ray, and pain meds at the Cove. For the quoted surgery price, I would have to euthanize my young otherwise healthy dog.
