ACR Homes supports their employees and listens to what they have to say! Although the work is hard at times, seeing the residents smile, makes the sweat worth it. This company spoils their employees with bonus opportunities, overtime pay, random prize giveaways, and contests! Super fun environment to work in.
ACR homes has been a great place to work at! There was no experience necessary and I got paid for my training! I have gained many life long skills and great hands on experience for my future! The staff are amazing as well, everyone is so friendly, hardworking and very helpful. The workplace environment is always cheery and working with the residents is always rewarding and fun! I'm very happy I was hired to work at ACR homes.
I've worked at ACR for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it! I've gained a lot of great medical experience as well as life long skills. They pay for all your training and my co-workers are some of the more hard working, dedicated, and caring people I've ever met. My residents are wonderful and ACR really works hard to ensure that all their residents receive the best care possible.
I have been working at ACR Homes for over a year and a half and it has been most of the most rewarding and life-giving experiences I have had. My decision to join the company has been probably the best decision of my college career. My daughter has lived at ACR for 14 years and the staff are wonderful. Just wanted to give a shout out to two newer staff who were on tonight. Jordan and Alex, you both are to be commended for the caring you show to the residents. It was my daughters birthday and they made it seem like a family event. I am so happy to have these guys at our home on 87th. Thank you ACR and Ryan for hiring these two. I left feeling so happy and confident she would be lovingly cared for.

One of the most meaningful and enjoyable jobs I've ever had. Co-workers are trustworthy and fun to work with. Residents are wonderful and a joy to serve. Bosses are relatable and flexible. The work experience is an overall wonderful opportunity.
