I have been with ACR Homes for going on 5 years now, I remember when I first began I never would have dreamed of staying in one place for so long but now I can't fathom ever leaving! The people are so incredible, hours have been fantastic even with my crazy double major of a schedule. People always give me such sad looks when they find out I just came off of a double or an overnight shift but when you love your job so much what's there to be sad about?!

I have been working at ACR Homes for almost two years and I absolutely love it! It is a very rewarding and relaxing job. I am a busy full time college student and this job offers a flexible and manageable work schedule. ACR Homes is an amazing company. They provide excellent care to their residents with highly trained staff. Respect is given to all employees and residents. The job is perfect for students and those hoping to gain something more from a job. The job allows one to make connections and experience something new. I have learned so much from the people I work with and am grateful for everyday I go into work. Not many people can say that!.

ACR is so flexible with employee schedules. While in school, it was really hard to find 8hour chunks of time where I was free. My ACR supervisor worked with me and let me schedule odd hours that worked for me. She also was lenient about getting my schedule request in because it always took a long time for me to schedule clinical for school. They also care a lot about their residents. I have been working for ACR homes for about 8 months and I couldn't be happier with this job! ACR gives me hands-on medical experience as well as behavioral training that I believe is invaluable. I am able to fit ACR into a very busy college schedule, and my coworkers and supervisor are very supportive and helpful. I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary for ACR Homes. Running into the on-campus recruiter at the U of M was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I can honestly say that going to work feels more like going home than to a job. I feel so comfortable with the people I work with.
