I have only been working with ACR for a couple of months but it has been an amazing experience so far. I am currently a junior in college hoping to get into medical school someday and I have found the perfect job to gain experience in the field of medicine. I have been working at ACR Homes for a year and I am so grateful for the experience and the people I have met through this job! I started when I was a senior in college and the flexible scheduling was essential for me during school. While I was nervous to start at first, I cannot imagine a better company to work for to get direct patient care experience. I have gained so much from working at ACR Homes and am acquiring new skills everyday. I am always excited to go to work and see the smiling faces of my residents. Some days are challenging as most jobs are, but those days are also the most rewarding. It is such a great feeling to know that you are able to help someone else accomplish their goals. After working here for two years, the biggest thing I can say about ACR is that it is a great company. They really care, not only about their residents, but also their employees. My boss is very good at working with my busy schedule and I enjoy the environment of my ACR house. I have learned so much from my residents and really enjoy going to work.

Working at ACR Homes has given me a whole new perspective to my major of Biomedical Engineering and also to life in general. As a program counselor who works at multiple homes, I've had the opportuinity to meet dozens of residents and I'm glad I was given the opportunity to make the most of their day while I was with them. The ability to be the person so many residents have relied on really touches my heart and I look forward to the many thing I will continue to learn at this job!

ACR Homes has been an incredible place to work. My supervisor is a good leader and fun to work with, my coworkers are knowledgable and responsible, and the job environment is fun and rewarding. I work with the residents of ACR Homes and help them live their lives as independently as possible. Even though I'm staff in the home, the residents treat me like a friend, and I consider them to be a pretty big part of my life.
