You fall in love with your job and residents to the point that you go home and wonder how they are doing and what they are up to. You also get so much medical experience such as passing medications and doing cares on g-tubes. The work atmosphere is great because everyone is so willing to help each other because all the staff want the best for the residents.
I've been working at ACR for a year now, and absolutely love my job! ACR does a great job training employees to provide the best care for residents. The hands-on experience is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to go into healthcare, and is beyond rewarding. The residents and other staff create such a fun and upbeat atmosphere, making shifts something I look forward to each week!
