Dirty, Rude, and Incompetent – I went to this spa for a pedicure. The pedicure area seemed worn, and the spa itself seemed dirty and loud. The pedicure was painful, my toenails were cut way too short, causing breakage and injury. When I asked if they took Discover,(many places don't), the receptionist said she didn't know and would go check. After getting sidetracked and talking to a colleague, she returned and took the Discover out of my hands. She then informed me rudely that my card had been declined. I gave her my Master... read more

Love IT!!!! – I just had the Complementary Paraffin Mani today and I loved it. Very relaxing and a great treatment to get away from the cold. Okay I must say the girl at the front during the week is friendlier and more welcoming then the girls on the weekend but they weren't that bad these rating are very off. The place is great and the staff as-well. Weekdays recommended! But whatever day of the week you can always have a great mani/pedi.

User review by marie1220 – The management is great they always work with me when booking an appointment witch is not easy with my schedule, and when you come in there attention is always on you no matter how busy they are, they make me feel at home. Between the staff and the services I make it a point to get into the spa at least once every other week & if I could find the time to go more I would. Its cozy and a perfect fix from the everyday city life.

Best couples day at a spa – My girlfriend and I went for a day of papering and had the best time in a spa ever. when I booked us in the girl on the phone was very helpful in helping me chose the treatments for the day. my girlfriend and I started off in the same room for the "couples " hot stone massage we both thought the massages were amazing and it was really nice to be in the same room. she then went on for a facial and I had a body scrub, both were enjoyable. my girlfriends skin looked so fresh and clean . we then sat s... read more

Best pedicure I've ever had – I splurged and got the happy hour pedicure. This is a whole hour of foot massage, scrubs, and pampering. The spa is very relaxing and the person who took care of my feet was such a sweetheart. Too bad I can't remember her name - she is the really tall one. Overall a terrific experience. I sat back and enjoyed. The only down side was that their chairs are a little uncomfortable because you can't move the back of the chair up too much. This was the best pedicure I've ever had, and I get them a lot... read more

Worst Spa Day Ever! – So I booked my 4 service appointment 1 1/2 months in advance. When I didn't receive a confirmation call, I called the day of my service just to be told I didn't have an appointment. They decided to fit me in an hour later. So when I showed up and told them my name they said I did have an appointment and that I had said a different name on the phone. Regardless my day of bliss was off to a stressful start. The facial was fine except for the pushing of products I didn't even know if I wanted or liked whil... read more

A Glorified Nail Salon – First of all, the facialist tried to get me to buy all of these products and extra treatments that I obviously didn't need (microdermabrasion for 22-year-old skin!!). I was then put in a dingy robe and old pair of pool sandals and was left waiting in the facial room for someone to collect me! I went outside looking for help and my massage therapist found me somehow. The massage itself was ok, but she worked on my bad shoulder mostly and took a couple extra minutes on the rest of my body. I was then e... read more

Don't try manicures/pedicures – The corner store at the street will do a MUCH better job. Their pedicure does not last 40 mins - and is VERY basic - for $40. For their $22 manicure, you get to dip you hands in water, and get your paint changed. Terrible.

A welcoming and affordable step up from the corner nail shop, with top-notch massage and facials. – Ex-corporate financier Jamie Ahn incorporates traditional Eastern techniques, holistic ingredients and innovative technology to create a uniquely blissful spa: It's spacious and sparkling clean, with top-quality equipment and a friendly staff. Design details like rice-paper lanterns and pressed-flower wall coverings lend an Asian influence. Custom extras like cold jade stones, acupressure, oxygen, fruit acid and ear reflexolog... read more
