Acqua always does it – The best thing about this place is that no matter who you go to the the therapists are skilled and experienced. I've had many massages and facials here and each time was great. The facials are amazing, I always get compliments days after from people. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and relaxing. Acqua is a place that I try very hard to make time for at least once a month.

What is all the hype? – I really don't understand what all the hype's about! All you are going to find here is a glorified chop shop. It has all the feel of every other walk in nail bar in the city. The treatment rooms are small, the changing room is nothing more than a closet with a curtain and the staff there- particularly the receptionists- are rude and clueless. Worst waxing ever! – Do not get your waxing there! After reading about this spa, I booked a few treatments one of which was a bikini & underarm waxing. I realized that the aesthetician wasn't experienced enough when she applied and reapplied hot wax over and over... The outcome was bruises, burns and red pelts; nothing could touch my skin for a week afterwards! To top it all off, when she was exiting the door hinges gave way and the door fell out!

Class and Comfort. – As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and special. The place is wonderful and everyone there is supportive and skilled. I find I come here more than other establishments because they make me feel that much more special. You should definitely try them out, and say hello to Jaime. She's great!

Best Party in Town – My friendI had a bachlorette beauty party here and it was so much fun. The staff went out of their way to accomadate us and even presented us with gift bag when we left and took our pictures. The services were excellent. We all had the Sonya Dakar Facial, a hot stone massage and Smoothie pedicures that were out of this world. (the best polish selection I've ever seen!). I'm definately having my party here.

Best Birthday Gift – I received a gift certificate for my birthday for a Acqua Beauty Bar Journey package. I've been to my fair share of spas in the city and Acqua's therapist were experienced and accomodating. They even gave me a gift bag on my way out. I'll definately be back.

Attitude sucks! – I've been going back to this place because of their more-than-average manicure skills, but the service their sucks, espcially the store manager needs to polish her attitude! The level of service has gone done drastically for the past a couple of months! They better learn to change their attitude or the business is out!

Kick ass massage! – The scene here is not as it is in other spas... this is clearly a salon set up for amazing massage. You would think that there would be no pretense in a place like this, unfortunatly the receptionist and the clientele thinks that there should be. My massage itself was kick ass. The kind you need to recover from. I loved it. I recommend Naren, she knew how much was too much and never pushed my muscles too far.
