ACG builders carried out work for me on my en suite extension. All staff were fantastic and listened to all my wants and needs. I would recommend these guys for any one who needs any building work done external and internal. They also guided me to an excellent architect who dealt with building regs for me as well.

Did not complete work very disappointed with their response to problems after they got paid. They have cost us a lot of money on heating costs as they left gaps in the brick work of the house and gaps in the kitchen unit which has also allowed nice to start coming into the house. They have stopped responding to calls, emails and messages. Very disappointed with their attitude and feel really let down

Shambles, avoid at all costs. 18 months on since our project was finished, our underfloor heating has packed in because it wasn’t flushed when installed. The pump used for it weirdly doesn’t come with a warranty, despite everywhere online saying it does. Our bifold’s are broken and again, no warranty or guarantee. A window was installed broken and all attempts to rectify were ignored. Not sure where they are sourcing their products but no warranty’s or guarantees does raise some serious questions. Really disappointing!!!

Did not complete work. Did not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. Did not stick to dates given for work. Did not return to resolve poor workmanship issues with leaking roof lanterns. Built timber workshop in wrong place and it leaks. Need to remain with job until fully complete and signed off by customer and Building Control. Let themselves down at the end of what could have been a successful project.
