Technician came for standard maintenance on HVAC, immediately found low on refrigerant, found another problem he could not diagnose and promised to have his office contact Trane for advice. No follow-up the next day so I called the office and was told there was no record of the tech indicating anything was wrong. So basically, he just abandoned the job.

Absolutely the worst plumbing service I’ve ever experienced. They came out to do a scope inspection on a property we were trying to purchase as an investment. We told the receptionist that the property was needing extensive repairs. After some confusion with the receptionist we were set for the tech to come out the next day. When he did it was a nightmare!!! He was unprepared and didn’t have power available for his scope (again, the property was under construction and no electrical was running which we stated). We had an excellent experience with ACE Home Services, and specifically, **************. He came out and checked our units and found some issues. He showed me what was wrong and explained things so I could understand and trust his findings. He not only did a great job for us, but he’s also very nice to work with and pleasant to have around — great job, ******— thank you!

I had another AC company hired by my home warranty company come out to diagnose my AC unit. They misdiagnosed the issue as clogged coils (not covered by the home warranty co) and then charged me for cleaning them. I had a bad feeling about the company and called Ace to come give me second opinion. They diagnosed a leak in my coil and showed me how the previous AC company could not have cleaned my coils since the case surrounding the coils was still sealed by the builder. never kept last appt. tech did not know to much about thermostats said batteries did not no makedifference if they were charged or not I replaced batteries air came right on back on the 18th April I canceled my Dr. appt. on the 18th they never showed or called also year before paid for a hot water heater flush the tech came thru my front door telling me if it is 5yrs. or older it is probably all to pieces inside I would be better off to get a new one I did not tell him I have been doing it myself all these years it cost me $... read more

I JUST HAD A BRAND NEW AC INSTALLED AND IT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY. I'VE ALREADY HAD 2 TECHS OUT TO SEE IT AND ASSURED ME THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WHILE MY KIDS AND I SIT IN A HOT HOUSE. HAD ANOTHER TECH FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY LOOK AT IT AND WAS TOLD THAT I'M BEING OVER CHARGED FOR MY UNIT AND THAT IT WASN'T INSTALLED PROPERLY CAUSING AN AIR FLOW PROBLEM

We contacted ACE Home Services to check our AC system and install a hot water pump. **************came out to do the inspection and immediately said that because of the age there will likely be something wrong with them... sure enough one was leaking with irreplaceable parts and the whole unit required replacing. I had them do plumbing service. They istalled the water softener. It works great.
