I had issues from my ac unit from the beginning. May of 2023. A major component broke and leaked oil into the bottom of the unit . The part was replaced but the unit was not cleaned properly. The annual cleaning /tune up was not done properly or on time. The company continually pushed my tune up to latter in the year. This September of 2022. 12/21/22 *********************** came out, took some pictures and wanted me to make a same day decision on replacing my ac unit (to the tune of $15k). I requested ******************* out the cost for a few different options/units so that I could look them over. He seemed exasperated that he would need to give me different write-*** so I knew my options, acting as if it was a big hassle. Don't hire! Liars and fraudulent company! I called Ace Home Services, explained exactly what I needed repaired and they said they do this type of work. They said they charge $59 to come out, inspect, quote and can do the work same day. The tech came out, inspected, left the job and said "oh, we don't do this type of work" but still charged me $59.I clearly stated to them, before they came out, that the dryer vent that goes from the dryer through the attic needed to be redon and put out through the vent that goes to the outsi... read more

Ace Home Services is such a great company! I have them come out every year to do my yearly maintenance. They are always prompt when Im having any issues and are usually here within a day!

What a great experience the plumbing manager personally came out and took care of my water softener it was 15 years old he replaced the filters and we went with a newer system. The other one was leaking Im just glad that they were able to come out here fast and get it done.

The technician quoted me over $3,000 repairs on 3 year old AC unit. I was told my system needed major AC coil replaced becuase it was leaking in my attic. Also that I needed 10 lbs of freon as well. He never offered to re-charge my AC unit to try to test it any further for leaks. So I decided to get a 2nd opinion from a certified dealer after calling around to other providers. During the first service call the technician (Skyler) determined that w/o a common wire, or battery-powered thermostat, he could not install the Honeywell smart thermostat I purchased, nor the Nest I purchased as an alternate for that matter. I can understand that. With his manager on his phone speaker the mgr. recommended an Ecobee. I was not charged for this service call, and a follow-up call was scheduled for 2 days later. I called Ace Home Services to come out because I was having a issue with my AC unit not cooling off my home. I was skeptical about having someone out because I didn’t have any idea about the air conditioner. The technician arrived and began a diagnostic test on the unit and then actually showed me the issue and what it would take to repair it.
