This company runs the most crappy buses to NYC. Bus 8486 also does not have AC working today and I ride I hour in hot hell. And thats not new the a/c in most bus are either hot or too cold. do they expect passenger to get up and bug driver every 20 min? Most seats are broken as well. They are just exploiting the riders. We need to ride them or loose time and get in much better coach USA buses.
Bus #8686 has no air conditioning. It's sickening. The heat is deadly! Contacting the CEO immediately.
This is the absolute worst bus company. It is an unreliable source of transportation for commuters trying to get to work on time. During rush hour there is supposed to be a bus every 10 minutes in the morning and I'm waiting 30 minutes in the freezing cold or rain for a damn bus. Just awful. Something has to change.
