Academy Buses were used in the #SUMMERFROMHELL plan initiated from LIRR in NY. I was fortunate enough to meet a bus driver by the name of Gil bus #6510. He is, and was AWESOME. On time, kind, polite, and an amazing driver. So sorry the plan ended...but I wanted to ensure ACADEMY CHARTER realized what a gem they had with the services he rendered while in NYC. Best experience #NASSAUCOLISEUMBUS You never know a good thing till it's gone. I will miss the bus service and having a great driver.
My daughter just called me from Universal Studios in Orlando. Her class got on the bus at 6:00 to come home and the teacher's seat is full of at least 50 German cockroaches. The teacher told the driver and his response was "okay, I'll write a report." They are now driving home for at least 3-4 hours in a bus full of roaches that scattered all over the bus.
Most disrespecful and dimissive dispachers for commuter service. Even have hung up on me. GOOD JOB!!!

We contracted with two bus companies for our RI wedding and Academy consistently went above and beyond. They were incredible to work with from initial contact, and saved the day when the other transportation company’s vehicle broke down with our passengers aboard. Academy made an extra run to rescue the rest of our guests and sprang into action to provide incredible customer service.
