Our school had a great experience on a 2 day Field Trip to Washington, D.C. Bus #6490 the driver is named Clarence. He was extremely polite and professional. He also was very alert and cautious while driving in D.C. He was very punctual and always let us know where to meet back up with him. Great experience!
I wish I could upload a video of the charter bus we rode on out of Jacksonville FL. Bus 6619 was late, it shook so bad I was fearful that we weren’t going to make it to our destination. The picture I’ve uploaded are screws holding up the overhead compartment. This was the WORST experience on a charter bus. Someone needs to look into the shaking before something happens.
Bus # 6775 Traveling west on 76/676 Ben Franklin Bridge 02 05 2019 approx 630am has been reported to PA and NJ State Police for aggressive driving The driver tailgated and was flashing lights at other cars Then would flip them off as passing NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I take a 7:01am bus out of 8a park and ride in NJ. the schedule says 7:01am but we never leave before 7:15. commuters realize that the driver sits and waits, uses the restroom, and chats with the dispatcher so they show up later and later everyday. other buses arriving after ours leaves before us. is there an actual schedule or is it wait until the bus is completely filled? I know there have been town halls in Monroe Twp about the drop in service. perhaps we need to contact our local municipality regarding this?
This picture was taken in Williamstown, MA tonight 1/28/19. My friend who is in a wheelchair and actually has a handicap placard could not park because your bus was illegally parked. Is this standard practice for your bus drivers?
Two of your buses were driving on 495 last night. I certainly hope they had no passengers on board! It was raining extremely hard and winds were gusting. Cars could barely stay in their lanes and here come two of your busses speeding and weaving. It was very dangerous.
I use Academy for all of my group charter trips! I am based in RI and I love my West Warwick office :) Helen and her team are fantastic and the drivers are always amazing!
