Horrible company to deal with. Commuting with them is a nightmare and dispatch is rude and unprofessional. Filing a complaint with the BBB on them.
We were thrilled with the fantastic service we received this weekend two busses shuttling back forth to veritas winery! Professional courteous drivers clean well driven busses couldn't have been happier! Michael Tranchida did fabulous job coordinating too...love academy bus!!!! Thank you

Bus driver Miguel was very professional & an absolute pleasure in the midst of chaos. During bus trip to Ocean City, Maryland our group was stranded on the side of the highway this evening! Since 6:00 pm we have been waiting for a bus to pick us up and return us to the Philadelphia area. We have seniors with serious medical issues, children, and those with ambulatory issues in our group! It is now 10:37 pm and we still have not heard an estimated time of arrival from the bus company! It wouldn't be so bad if the ceiling hatch wasn't leaking....
Clearly an accident at Exit 11 going south NJTP. Traffic backed into roadway. Why can't you use your dam radios and communicate with each other and head to exit 10 and pick up the parkway from there instead of sitting on 45 minutes of traffic. Instead use your radios to compile your worthless stats. Which people are still waiting and buses are typically jammed packed. Unreal.
