Dispatch needs to be retrained and someone with experience in logistics to make decisions in real time. You can not possibly cancel routes and leave customers stranded for over 40 minutes without 1. Notice and 2. Rerouting another bus in your fleet. Buses flying by less than half full running to Port Authority meanwhile Wall Street customers are 30 deep waiting. That’s bad business across the board.

We have changed two time the bus between D. C. and NYC due to a defect motor. twice! Bad job - badly maintained busses.
A+++, 5 Star, championship style trip with the best driver Mr. Mauricio O Amaya. He is the best bus driver in the world. We have designated him as our official Playmaker Elite bus driver. He cared for everyone on the bus like we we’re his own. He got us to Knoxville from Woodbridge and back safely. Te amo Big mo!!! We are all glad to have made that experience with you and look forward to the next!!! Thanks for everything!!!
Air conditioning apparently only works on the coldest winter days. Sitting on a bus now where it’s 90+ degrees outside and there is zero air.
