Location is great and the room is very nice once thoroughly cleaned :)
Location is great however homeless people in our bin store and in the building were not sorted until 6 weeks+ after knowing about the problem. Bin store often overfilled with rubbish in and outside of it. Lots of rats around that area.The room was filthy even after they were supposed to have been cleaned by cleaners. Very poor internet connection. The room is nicer than a typical uni room once cleaned. The hot water doesn’t always get hot which isn’t great in winter when you want a hot shower. I have lived here for almost a year and have had no problems with the place, nor the company. They have been quick with any maintainance, it's in a fab location with the shops and tram stops and it's also kept nice and clean
If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I lived here and rented a large one bedroom from Manchester Apartments from September 2023 to August 2024 and it was BY FAR the worst company that I have ever dealt with. When I initially tried getting my apartment, it was all very last minute - I got laughed at down the phone by one of the staff which just felt really condescending.
