I am writing this with very heavy heart that treatment I received today at ACAD at AML Middlesex hospital left me in tears and heartbroken. I had today a long awaited overdue surgery and unfortunately I had no idea who actually did it. Surgeon didn’t show his face neither pre nor post operation despite my request that I want to speak doctor and ask what had been done and how the treatment is progressing. Excellent service, kind helpful staff and clean toilets unlike Northwick Park! Gold star for James who put me at my ease. A pity it’s not easy to get to from all of the wide area it covers.
ACAD Centre-Central Middlesex Hospital. There is a drop-off area here for 10 minutes waiting only. If your patient has mobility issues. This area also has parking spaces for ambulances. But be mindful that this entrance is open between 8am -6pm Monday to Friday only.
