I came across Tim and Network Spinal in a period of healing from trauma. I have to say that this process, with Tim's treatments playing a large part, was life changing. I completed the course feeling infinitely stronger and with a transformed nervous system. I felt completely at ease with Tim and found him to be very understanding and empathetic. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone, whether dealing with injury, trauma or just wanting to feel strong, focused and relaxed in a general sense. Thank you Tim!

I have been seeing Thomasina for Network care for a few years now and recently have been committed to this being a staple in my own care. I have been on clear days and SRI workshops and all have been phenomenal. However, last weekend was my first 2 1/2 day retreat with Thomasina and Helen. The healing and breathwork retreat on the Gower this month was amazing! Facilitated with such care, expertise, and deep knowledge of the SRI and NSA practices by Thomasina and Helen. The safe space they provided, held lightly and with grace, allowed the group to share and support each other easily as we went on our individual healing journeys.
