This is such a wonderful group run by inspiring people. Fantastic exercise classes that are both fun and varied. It’s hard to imagine life without it!!
I look forward to every HIIT, boxercise and weight class with Sarita and Heidi. The live classes have been essential for me mentally as well as physically during the pandemic and I never miss one. The classes are great fun and it's a positive environment where I've made some really good new friends. There's lots of support around nutrition and healthy eating and regular challenges.
