I think if your loft is a straightforward build and nothing goes wrong, you’ll probably have a good experience but if it is a difficult build or something goes awry, you could have a bad experience. If you look at some of the bad reviews below, if the company responds at all, it’s with denial and threats of legal action & sometimes even accusations about the reviewer’s mental state. CRIMINAL DAMAGES! 05/24 flashing still not removed and ND calls police for damages when we tried to remove it from my property despite no permission. Not a professional builders and took advantage of solo woman. 30/11 AL and ND breaches plans and awards and forced entry onto my roof, still refuses to remove flashing. Legal advice is AL caused nuisance, trespass &criminal damage. Currently ND obstructing and refusing access to finish off my PW. Great team to work with. Ian was great on the planning details / office work, and Stoyan and his team were wonderful at the building work. It took longer than expected, but the quality of work is great.
