Absolutely love the handmade bracelets they’ve made for me. Costumer service has also been excellent. I had an issue with one bracelet and it was resolved quickly with excellent comms!

Absolutely gorgeous personalised necklace as a gift for my friend, it has all her children's first initial on it and her partners. The customer service from Abiza was absolutely outstanding, I had made an error on the charms, and they helped me get this corrected so quickly with clear and fast communication. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

You sometimes learn more about a company when things go wrong, and Abiza proved their mettle. There were a few defects on the pendant of the original necklace (Russian Ring Family Necklace for Mum) I received. On emailing Abiza, including photos of the areas of concern, Abiza immediately accepted accountability and apologised, offering to send a replacement. No quibbles, no fuss, just a solution. A replacement was duly sent, and it’s beautiful and perfect.
