Ive just completed by 6 week programme and have managed to lose 1.5kg of fat and increased my muscle percentage too. I feel fitter and my clothes are fitting better. I have physical limitations due to medical conditions but it has not stood in the way. Its the beginning of my journey with AbsFab, I have amazing support from all of the trainers and nutrition guidance too. Classes are easy to book and plenty of availability options . After trying many different gyms/classes etc this one is working for me.
Moved into the area and wanted to join a women’s only gym or workout classes as my confidence was feeling low. Came across AbFab Fit and completed the 6 week course. Enjoyed the workouts and times are varied so I can complete workouts before or after work. Have signed up to the monthly membership to continue working towards my goals.
I have just joined AbFabfit club and I couldn’t be more impressed ! From day one ,the atmosphere has been so welcoming - everyone is so friendly , supportive and genuinely passionate about fitness . What really stands out is the perfect balance between the warm, community feel and the highly professional setup. If you're in two minds... Go for it. You'll never regret it. 6 weeks have flown by. I've learnt so much and so looking forward to seeing what else I can with my fitness. Thanks to all the team and lovely ladies who've made it so easy to join .
I have been out of the exercise game for a long time, years in fact, so was really nervous to join. I dont like the idea of a gym and feel intimidated by gym goers. But here there are only women... from all different walks of life and at different stages of life too. Lesley and the team at AbFabFit in Waltham Abbey are really accommodating.
