I joined to do the initial 6 week program because my other classes don’t run during holidays. I feel so much better, fitter, stronger and have lost weight I’ve now joined for a full year! The club is unique in supporting women getting fitter, everyone is so friendly and encouraging it doesn’t matter how unfit or overweight you are there’s no stigma and no fat shaming just warmth and encouragement to do your best. I thoroughly enjoy every session thanks AbFab for helping me on my journey

I've been attending since the mum and buggy class was launched and it honestly feels like we're all a big family now. The team are simply amazing, the class workouts are constantly kept fresh and new and the team do their utmost to check in and lend a helping hand. It's the best thing I ever joined. I couldn't imagine life without AbFab now! Thank you so much for creating this class so us mums can get ourselves back again WITH our babies and without the stress of having to find childcare!x

Great place to kick-start your health and fitness in an inclusive and supportive environment. Everyone is so professional, positive and kind. Really enjoying the classes and the encouragement that goes with that.

I started on the 6 week program with the intention of getting fitter then returning back to my local gym after this time. I’ve now been a member of Abfab for 18 months and enjoying every class. It’s so much more than your average gym. Every daily workout is different and everyone works to their own abilities without judgement. I've just finished the 6 week program at Abfab and am so glad I signed up. I feel fitter, am sleeping better and am enjoying feeling part of the community. The gym is very welcoming and supportive, full of friendly people and positivity. I'd recommend checking it out if you're even slightly tempted to join.
