AbFabFit is absolutely fantastic! The gym is spotless, well-equipped, and has a great variety of classes for all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and always make you feel welcome and motivated. There’s a real sense of community here, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping members reach their goals. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive, high-quality gym experience!

So pleased to have found this amazing ladies' gym. It's so enjoyable to keep fit! Every class is different and stretches you just enough to make you want to return again and again. Great coaches, sociable environment and every session is different. I feel so much stronger already and the opportunity to do a six week foundation programme is brilliant. Really pleased with AbFab Gym The training session ate great and the instructor are very knowledgeable You receive excellent information on your internal body review as well as a team spirit when you workout. Lovely having a ladies only gym . The results I found personally : I’m fitter, stronger, as well of a lot more energy! Thank you AbFab x

I couldn’t recommend enough! I joined the FitMums membership four months after having my second daughter and I haven’t looked back. It’s been amazing. I just wish I had known about them after my first child. There’s a great sense of community and everyone’s really friendly and supportive.
