James came out the very same day I phoned, which was impressive in itself. He took the time to run me through every option for replacing my flat roof, explaining the pros and cons in a way that was easy to understand. Extremely pleased with the job by the team on our residential flat roof that was in need of lots of repairs. James was extremely helpful and responsive through the whole process, keeping us updated and dealing with other issues as they emerged. The roof is now looking great and has already survived the recent onslaught of Aberdeen weather. Highly recommend

Needed two roof jobs doing. One was a repair to a garage flat roof and the other new canopy to front porch. James was professional , knowledgable and good communication from the start. On the actual day was no different. Job well done. Respected my property and cleaned up after themselves which is always a bonus. Cannot fault Aberdeen Flat Roofing Services. Their work ethic is second to none. On my side garage/shed water ingress had affected the whole roof and the boards needed replacing. Jim removed them, put down new boarding, and then a fibreglass coating. From start to finish James was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. The job was explained clearly, arranged promptly, done promptly, and finished tidily. New roof is great.
