RecommendedThis is Siegfried (formerly “Taz”). I adopted this kid back in March of 2016 during an adoption event for only $5. He has been nothing short of amazing these past 3 years and recently celebrated his fourth birthday. Since adopting him I’ve been able to leash train him, too. The staff was excellent and really helpful. You can’t go wrong with adopting a cat/kitten from HSTB.
Adoption services are easy. The clinic is a bit of a nightmare. Even if you have an spot., you can wait for hours. If you don’t have an spot, you could wait all day to see someone. That said, you can’t beat their prices and the staff is very good.
The services theyv'e provided to me over the years. They may not be perfect, but they do try very hard to help.
Amazing place to go for your new family member! One can feel the need for love; by big dogs, little dogs, senior digs, puppies, kittens, cats, rabbits, hamsters.... Adopt. Don't Shop. Blessings to the Humane Society and all the people who make it possible! THANK YOU!
Thank you very much for assisting us to adopt our precious Coco (Champ). He is doing great and adapting to a new hm and family.
Compassionate organization that goes beyond rescue then adoptions. They help less fortunate keep their pets despite financial and physical limitations. The new shelter will help them do more for more orphaned animals ~ helping more love stories to be written.
The entire staff wasn’t very helpful and somewhat discriminatory.
Please do background checks of adopters.. you just do 1st come1st serve.. man, went to adopt, and saw someone offer 1k to the first person in line to get the dog.. wth?
I visited HSTB yesterday with my daughter. We ended up adopting a sweet kitten with so much personality. She fits right into our family and we just love her to pieces already! Staff was extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful! We are SO happy we stopped by! 💜💙
